1 hour online nutrition consultation (can be ongoing or 1 off)

In the initial nutrition consultation sessions, I’ll take a comprehensive health and nutrition assessment, which includes information such as food preferences, intolerances and allergies; daily food intake; personal diet history; personal and family health conditions; food lifestyle; relationship with food; and food cravings, as well as review any lab work and/or notes from your physician. Based on the assessment, we’ll work together to evaluate the role that food plays in your life and design a nutrition plan that supports your needs and goals, including stabilizing your weight and achieving improved and/or optimal health.

FOOD FREEDOM COURSE

By creating healthy and flexible eating habits, you will  learn to embrace food as a nutritious source. You will also learn how to feed your soul without the need of overindulging.

​Within the next 8 weeks you will learn how to balance the urge of binge eating, learning about hormonal health, understanding  triggers around food and body dysmorphia, learn that food doesn't control you, how to deal with emotional eating and how appreciate food and listen to your body.

Within this 8 week program we will be covering:

1. Each week we will be covering a topic to get you closer to food freedom. With resources to help you through this journey, to educate you about emotional triggers, hormonal health, mindset strategies, how not to be controlled by food and understand how to create new patterns.

2. NUTRITION: Nutrition to help you navigate your nutrition and meal planning. Personalised food options and choices for the next 8 weeks based on your needs.

3. SUPPORT:
24/7 watt's app messaging support. Weekly check in form within your portal
2 x 1:1 zoom check-ins to give you the most personalised approach
Weekly videos with myself going though different topics to best guide you though your journey.

4. MINDSET: by learning your triggers and improving your mindset, we will guide you through a self discovery and self improvement journey.
